Three things we'd look for if we were renting a property.

Right Location

Is your property the right location? It is close enough to work, school, the mountains? 

Right Space

Does the physical space meet the requirements?  Does it have the right number of bedrooms, bathrooms, is their accessibility issues that will factor in? 

Right Relationship

The subtle one that is often overlooked is can the tenant relate well with the manager?  People want to work with a manager they can connect with. At the end of the day this is still a people business.

Steve and Natasha made it easy to be a renter. I was reluctant to rent from a property management company, as my experience has been that issues take a long time to be addressed, if ever. With Steve, this was not the case. We had multiple situations come up from the sink back flowing, the dishwasher flooding and issues with the furnace. With each issue, Steve responded timely and had it dealt within a short period time. I was shocked at how quickly things were fixed. Cannot recommend them enough!
